How do I add items to my work order?

Answer: Any modifications to your work order will need to be approved directly through the office. This usually will not result in any extra charges—it just helps us keep a record of what needs to be completed during each cleaning to ensure your total satisfaction.

What happens when my contract expires?

Answer: If you are satisfied with our services—and we hope you are!—a renewal contract will need to be signed. If you would like to cancel your service, a written notice will need to be provided one month before the contract is set to expire

How do I cancel a cleaning?

Answer: If you need to cancel a cleaning, simply call into our office three days prior and let us know. If the cancelled cleaning is not rescheduled, a cancellation fee will be applied to your next cleaning.

What if my regularly scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

Answer: To allow our employees to be with their families, we are not open on major holidays. In the event that your cleaning falls on a holiday, the office will contact you in advance to reschedule the cleaning.

I’m not able to answer my phone during the day. Is there another method you can
use to send me appointment reminders?

Answer: Absolutely! We are able to send either text or email appointment reminders. To change your preferred reminder method, call into the office and provide them with your cell phone number and cell phone carrier, or your email address.

What happens if something in my home is damaged during a cleaning?

Answer: In the unfortunate event of a breakage, we will do everything that we possibly can to repair or replace the item in a timely manner. All of our employees are insured to guarantee the safety of your belongings.

How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?

Answer: Each of our employees undergo an extensive background check during the hiring process. Once they are hired, we provide them with top-of-the-line training to meet our high standards. Frequent quality checks are also performed. Gaining the trust of our clients is tremendously important to us.

Do I need to be home when the cleaners come?

Answer: You do not need to be, but you’re of course welcome to be. Our team will make their best efforts to not disrupt you. Many of our clients choose to give us a copy of their house key, or, when applicable, alarm codes. We keep all keys and access information in an extremely secure location.
