What is “Priority Time”?

Priority Time allows you to add additional cleaning time to focus on specific areas or tasks that matter most to you. For example:

We’ll discuss your goals and help you choose the right amount of time so you get maximum value and results.

How often should I schedule cleaning?

That depends on your lifestyle and goals.

  • Weekly or Biweekly: Ideal for busy families or professionals who want consistent maintenance.
  • Monthly: Great for lighter upkeep.
  • One-Time Deep Clean: Perfect for seasonal resets or special occasions.

Most of our clients choose recurring service to maintain a consistently clean home without stress.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide secure entry instructions and return to a beautifully cleaned home. Our team is professionally trained, background-checked, and committed to respecting your space.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. C&C Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to address the issue promptly. Our guarantee is simple: we are committed to delivering a high-quality cleaning experience that meets your expectations.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring professional-grade supplies and equipment to every appointment. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do you price your services?

Pricing is based on:

  • Type of service
  • Frequency
  • Any added Priority Time

We provide transparent, upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect.

How long will my cleaning take?

The duration depends on:

What is included in a Deep Clean?

A Deep Clean is a detailed service that goes beyond maintenance cleaning and may include:

  • Baseboards and trim
  • Detailed bathroom scrubbing
  • Kitchen appliance exterior cleaning
  • Dusting high and low surfaces
  • Light fixture and vent dusting
  • Detailed floor care

This service is recommended for first-time clients or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently.

Do you offer commercial cleaning services?

Are there any services you do not provide?

Yes. To ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, there are certain services we do not perform as part of our residential cleaning services. These include:

  • Moving furniture
  • Working on ladders
  • Wet wiping light bulbs
  • Cleaning bio-hazards (mold, bodily fluids, etc.)
  • Grout cleaning
  • Hoarding situations
  • Animal waste or litter cleanup
  • Heavy scrubbing of walls
  • Carpet cleaning (this is offered as a separate service)
  • Putting away dishes
  • Washing exterior windows
  • Laundry

If you are unsure whether something falls within our scope, we’re happy to clarify in advance. Our goal is to set clear expectations so you receive the highest-quality service possible.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No, we do not require long-term contracts for our residential services. Our recurring services operate on a month-to-month basis, giving you flexibility and peace of mind. All we ask is for a 30-day notice if you decide to cancel your service.
