What is Priority Time
“Priority Time” as an option for clients who want to extend their cleaning session to ensure specific tasks or areas are addressed. This allows you to customize your cleaning experience by adding extra time to focus on items that are most important to you. It’s essential to discuss this option with us so we can help you make the best decision on the amount of time needed to complete your priorities within the scope of your cleaning service. This ensures you get the most value and satisfaction from your appointment.
Priority Clean Service Rules
1. Limited Completion
Clients understand that our team may not be able to complete all priority items on the list within the scheduled time. We focus on doing our best with each task, but some items may carry over to the next session.
2. Guaranteed Cleaning Hours
Clients are guaranteed a specific number of cleaning hours, not the number of people. For example, if you book a 4-hour cleaning session, it might be done by one cleaner in 4 hours or two cleaners in 2 hours, depending on staff availability.
3. Comprehensive List
Clients agree to provide a list with more than enough tasks to ensure our team doesn’t run out of things to clean. This ensures maximum efficiency and productivity during the cleaning session.
4. When does the time start?
Our time starts the moment we have entered your home or attempted to enter while ringing the doorbell or knocking.
5. Entry Code
We highly recommend a door code or garage code in order to maximize our time cleaning your home.
